In Memory of Mikah Macarro

Mikah Ashwut Temet Macarro, a 5th-generation Norwegian on Whidbey Island with an immigrant grandfather from the Philippines and a Mexican grandmother, embraced cultural diversity. His untimely loss at the age of 19 has inspired a legacy that continues to resonate in our community.
